Hi! I created this sound healing meditation journey using sound frequencies that heal and regenerate the psyche and our cellular matrix.

I accompanied it by a narration of the Origin story of the evolution of life in our Planet, from single cell organisms to what we are today.

My biggest passion since 2007 has been sound as a tool for the expansion of consciousness and medicinal purposes for our nervous systems and psyche.

There is a lot of research on the how sound entrains our brains to vibrate to the same frequency that it is exposed to. Thant means that if we listen to a very low sound frequency of 4Hz-8Hz, our brains will start to copy this and vibrate to that frequency band of Theta receptivity and relaxation where meditation, creativity and cellular regeneration occur.

* Brain Entrainment = the process of the brain mimicking the same vibration that it is stimulated by.
